Before our buddy Mike, a local real-estate agent, purchased this house he called me to walk through it with him. The house had good bones and I shared with him what we could do. After Mike purchased the house we changed the footprint but kept most of the old woodwork that provided the house with its character. The restoration and expansion modernized but retained the classic and intimate feel of this beautiful bungalow-style home.
